Return Store Credit & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please read our return policy below to see if you are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
We offer returns for Store Credit Only, strictly no refunds.
- To be eligible for a store credit the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, must be unworn and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not offer returns for sale items and purchases made through Afterpay.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
- To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us at admin@tullochblu.com with your order number and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon approval.
